Tapipay is a payments network that enables organizations to automate up to 80% of their collections.
When they reached out, the company was at a critical moment.
The product already existed, and the opportunity to scale in Mexico was real.
However, the way Tapipay was presenting itself to the market did not reflect the quality of what they had built.
They needed to position Tapipay as a serious, trustworthy solution for potential partnerships.
The website had to start doing part of the sales work before every conversation.
Every week without clear communication meant lost momentum and missed growth.
Branding and the website were not a “nice to have.”
CHALLENGE
Tapipay was stuck across several critical areas:
